We have set up a QA system to establish our quality standard and work together with QC team (in-line checking QC and independent final inspection QC) to make sure that each production will fulfill customer standard and our own requirement. Even if customer does not request any QC inspection, we will do it based on our own quality standard. At the same time, 95% of bulk materials from production purchased by ourselves to have a better control of the quality (physical & chemical free) and production lead-time.
